摘 要:预应力管桩因其高强度、施工简便和成本效益高,在建筑工程领域得到了广泛应用。然而,不当的施工方法可能导致管桩上浮,影响其竖向抗压极限承载力。本文结合具体的工程案例,探讨了预应力管桩上浮的原因,对于沉降量过大的桩基,通过扩大检测三倍的桩基静载试验,验证了上浮现象属于个例,提出了针对性的处理和预防措施,并提出典型的管桩上浮处理方法。研究结果表明,通过采取适当的施工技术和管理措施,可以有效预防和处理管桩上浮问题,确保工程的安全性和可靠性。Prestressed pipe piles have been widely applied in the field of construction engineering because of its high strength,simple construction and cost-effectiveness.However,the improper construction methods may cause the pile floating up and affecting its vertical compressive ultimate bearing capacity.Combining with specific engineering cases,this article explores the reasons of the uplift of prestressed pipe piles.For a pile foundation with excessive settlement,the pile foundation static load test with three times of the value of the detection was conducted to verify that the floating phenomenon was an isolated case.The specialized treatment and preventive measures are proposed.The typical treatment methods for floating pipe piles have been proposed.The research results indicated that by adopting appropriate construction techniques and management measures,the problem of pipe pile floating can be effectively prevented and treated to ensure the safety and reliability of the project.
