摘  要:近年来,随着金霉素的使用越来越广泛,其引起的环境问题日益突出。本研究以苯并三氮唑为功能单体,1,4-联苯氯苄为交联剂,通过Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应制备含氮超交联聚合物(hypercross-linked polymers,HCPs-N),探究其对金霉素的吸附行为;利用扫描电子显微镜、全自动微孔物理化学吸附仪和元素分析仪对聚合物进行表征分析。结果表明,HCPs-N是由大小不同的球形颗粒错乱堆积而成的多级孔结构,比表面积高达865 m^(2)/g。HCPs-N对金霉素吸附速率较快,30 min即可达到吸附平衡,且吸附动力学过程符合准二级模型。当金霉素的初始浓度为500 ppm,溶液的pH值为4.0时,吸附容量能达到280 mg·g^(-1)。HCPs-N经过五次吸附脱附循环之后对金霉素的吸附量仍能达到260 mg/g,其具有良好的吸附性能和再生性能,在污染物处理方面具有广阔的应用前景。In recent years,the environmental pollution problem become increasingly serious,due to the widespread use of chlortetracycline.To investigate adsorption behavior of the polymers for chlortetracycline,nitrogen-containing hypercrosslinked polymers(HCPs-N)were synthesised by one-step Friedel-Crafts reaction using benzotriazole as the functional monomer and 1,4-biphenylbenzyl chloride as crosslinking agents.The polymers were characterised by scanning electron microscopy,automatic microporous physicochemical adsorption instrument,and elemental analysis.The results showed the HCPs-N possesses the porous structure which is randomly linked by a lot of spherical particles,with the specific surface area of 865 m^(2)/g.The adsorption rate of HCPs-N on chlortetracycline was fast,and the adsorption equilibrium was achieved 30 minutes,which conformed to the pseudo-second-order rate equation.The chlortetracycline adsorption capacity of HCPs-N reached 280 mg·g^(-1),when the initial concentration of chlortetracycline was 500ppm,and the pH of solution was 4.0.The adsorption amount of chlortetracycline on HCPs-N still reached 260 mg·g^(-1) after five cycles.It exhibits good adsorption and regeneration performance,and has a broad application prospect in pollutant treatment.
