摘 要:随着锂辉石生产电池级碳酸锂、氢氧化锂工艺流程日渐成熟,SysCAD流程模拟软件作为湿法冶金及矿物加工行业中工艺流程设计和优化的重要工具,得到了广泛应用。本研究以锂辉石经过酸化转型后得到的酸熟料为原料,模拟其在湿法浸出、中和、分离工序中的流程计算为例,简要介绍SysCAD流程模拟软件概况及其流程模拟过程,并利用建立好的模型对该湿法浸出分离过程进行模拟计算,探讨SysCAD模拟软件在该工艺流程的应用效果,同时分析不同设备参数、操作条件对酸熟料中锂浸出效率的影响。As the process of producing battery grade lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide from spodumene becomes more and more mature,SysCAD process simulation software has been widely used as an important tool for process design and optimization in hydrometallurgy and mineral processing industries.Take the acid clinker obtained after acidizing transformation of spodumene as raw material,simulating the process calculation in the wet leaching,neutralization and separation processes as an example.The general situation of SysCAD process simulation software and its flow simulation procedure were briefly introduced,the model was used to simulate the wet leaching,neutralization,separation process.The application effect of SysCAD simulation software in the process is discussed.At the same time,the influence of different equipment parameters and operating conditions on the leaching efficiency of lithium in acid clinker was analyzed.
