动画在山西面食文化传播中应用的必要性及可行性分析

摘　　要：山西面食文化作为中国传统饮食文化的重要组成部分,种类繁多,但绝大多数受关注程度不足,面临着传承与发展的挑战。动画作为一种不受时空限制,且极具吸引力和表现力的艺术形式,为山西面食文化的传播提供了新的途径。文章分析山西面食文化的种类、特点与发展历史,论证动画在山西面食文化传播中应用的必要性,阐述可行性,并提出具体的应用策略。As an important part of Chinese traditional food culture,Shanxi pasta culture has a wide variety,but most of them are not paid enough attention and face the challenge in inheritance and development.As an artistic form that is not limited by time and space and is extremely attractive and expressive,animation provides a new way for the communication of Shanxi pasta culture.This paper analyzes the types,characteristics and development history of Shanxi pasta culture,demonstrates the necessity of applying animation in the communication of Shanxi pasta culture,expounds the feasibility,and puts forward specific application strategies.
