摘　　要：胆石症是成年人群常见疾病,妊娠期间发病率会进一步增高。妊娠期如并发急性胆囊炎、梗阻性黄疸、胆管炎以及胆源性胰腺炎等胆石症的并发症,将增加母婴不良结局风险。本文就妊娠合并胆石症的诊断和治疗等方面进行讨论。Gallstone disease is common in the general adult population,with a higher incidence in pregnancy than in non-pregnancies.Unlike uncomplicated chlelithiasis,the risk of adverse maternal and infant outomes increases when complicated with acute cholecystitis,obstructive jaundice,cholangitis and pancreatitis.This review summarizes the progress of diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy cholelithiasis.
