摘 要:为了快速评估水果品质并识别其营养成分,基于纸基微流控技术设计并开发了一种快速、高通量、用于现场即时检测的化学分析平台。基于聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polymethyl Methacrylate,PMMA)和Whatman No.1滤纸搭建的亲疏水通道,结合氧化还原和Seliwanoff两种不同的化学反应,通过比色分析,实现了水果中蔗糖和果糖的同时检测。结果表明,纸基微流控技术可成功应用在水果样品的快速检测中,与传统的紫外分光光度法所得结果相比,两者无显著性差异。建立化学分析平台,克服了大型分析仪器成本高、不便携等不足,有望在快速检测领域对水果营养价值的评估提供技术支持。To rapidly evaluate fruit quality and identify its nutritional contents,a rapid,high-throughput chemical analysis platform for on-site,real-time detection was designed and developed based on paper-based microfluidic technology.The platform was based on the hydrophilic channel constructed by polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)and Whatman No.1 filter paper,combined with two different chemical reactions of redox reaction and Seliwanoff reaction,through colorimetric analysis,to achieve the simultaneous detection of sucrose and fructose in fruits.The results showed that the as-developed paper-based microfluidic technology can be successfully applied to the rapid detection of fruit samples,and there was no significant difference between the two methods compared with traditional ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The chemical analysis platform established in this study overcomes the shortcomings of large analytical instruments,such as high cost and nonportable,and was expected to provide technical support for the evaluation of fruit nutritional value in the field of rapid detection.
