摘 要:养老服务人才队伍建设面临一系列挑战,如何找到突破口,有效提升养老服务人才队伍的数量和质量,更好地满足社会对高品质养老服务的需求,是一个亟待解决的问题。本文以黄冈市为例,通过文献分析、问卷调查、实地调研等方法对养老服务人才队伍建设的问题进行研究,提出相应的对策建议。调查得知,养老服务人才队伍主要存在人员数量不足、实践技能不高、学历偏低、流失率高、老龄化问题突出等问题,需进一步深化产教融合,加强人才队伍建设。The construction of the elderly care service talent team faces a series of challenges.How to find breakthroughs,effectively improve the quantity and quality of the elderly care service talent team,and better meet the social demand for high-quality elderly care services is an urgent problem to be solved.This article takes Huanggang city as an example to study the construction of the elderly care service talent team through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,field research and other methods,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Research has found that the talent team for elderly care services mainly faces problems such as insufficient personnel,low practical skills,low educational background,high turnover rate,and prominent aging issues.It is necessary to further deepen the integration of industry and education and strengthen the construction of the talent team.
