摘 要:目的:文章旨在探讨和优化图书馆工作流程,通过集成办公自动化技术,提高图书馆的服务效率和用户满意度,同时,分析集成过程中遇到的挑战及解决方案。方法:采用案例分析法,对国内外几所采纳自动化系统的图书馆进行深入研究。分析文档管理系统、自动借还系统、信息检索系统和人工智能助手等自动化技术的应用,并评估这些技术在图书馆工作流程中的集成效果。结果:研究发现,自动化技术显著提升图书馆的运营效率和用户服务质量。然而,技术集成过程中存在兼容性问题、用户隐私和数据安全问题以及高昂的成本和维护需求。通过采用标准化技术产品和强化数据保护措施,部分挑战得到有效解决。结论:办公自动化技术为图书馆服务创新提供强大的动力和可能性。尽管面临一系列挑战,但通过合理的策略和技术选择,图书馆能有效地实现工作流程的优化和服务质量的提升。未来研究可进一步探索自动化技术的可持续集成策略。Objective:The paper aims to explore and optimize the library workflow,improve the library service efficiency and user satisfaction through the integration of office automation technology,and analyze the challenges encountered in the integration process and their solutions.Methods:The case analysis method is used to study the automation system library at home and abroad.The application of automation technologies such as document management system,automatic borrowing system,information retrieval system and artificial intelligence assistant is analyzed,and the integration effect of these technologies in library workflow is evaluated.Results:It is found that the automation technology significantly improves the operation efficiency and user service quality of libraries.However,there are compatibility issues,user privacy and data security issues,and high costs and maintenance requirements.Some of the challenges have been effectively addressed by adopting standardized technical products and enhanced data protection measures.Conclusion:office automation technology provides a strong power and possibility for library service innovation.Despite a series of challenges,the library can effectively optimize the workflow and improve the service quality through reasonable strategies and technical selection.Future studies could further explore the sustainable integration strategies for automation technologies.
