摘　　要：基于云计算的电子档案管理服务模式,通过利用云计算的分布式存储、虚拟化技术、自动化管理等功能,实现电子档案的集中存储、统一管理、高效利用和安全保障。这种服务模式不仅提高电子档案的管理效率,降低管理成本,还增强数据的安全性和可靠性,为电子档案的长期发展提供有力保障。因此,文章旨在探讨基于云计算的电子档案管理服务模式,分析其架构设计、功能模块等方面,并结合实际案例,探讨该服务模式的实践应用及优化策略。The electronic archives management service mode based on cloud computing realizes the centralized storage,unified management,efficient utilization and security guarantee of electronic archives by using the distributed storage,virtualization technology and automatic management functions of cloud computing.This service mode not only improves the management efficiency of electronic archives,reduces management costs,but also enhances the security and reliability of data,and provides a strong guarantee for the long-term development of electronic archives.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the cloud computing-based electronic archives management service mode,analyze its architecture design,functional modules,etc.,and discuss the practical application and optimization strategy of this service mode based on actual cases.
