摘 要:随着互联网技术的发展,大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术的进步,为管理的工作方法、运作模式、管理思维带来新的发展机遇。基于数据信息开展人力资源科学管理决策和趋势预测分析愈发重要,针对人力资源管理信息系统缺乏拓展性、数据满意度低、数据封闭、数据闲置的现状,从提升信息系统规划能力、加强数据质量、增进数据协作和共享、提高数据分析能力、探索新的技术提升人力资源数据效能等方面提出解决方案。With the development of Internet technology,the progress of big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies has brought new development opportunities for management working methods,operation modes and management thinking.It is increasingly important to carry out scientific management decision-making and trend prediction analysis of human resources based on data information.In response to the current situation of lack of scalability,low data satisfaction,closed data,and idle data in human resource management information systems,solutions are proposed from the aspects of improving information system planning ability,strengthening data quality,enhancing data collaboration and sharing,improving data analysis ability,exploring new technologies to improve the efficiency of human resource data,etc.
