摘　　要：高校档案馆依据自身发展水平,在面对突发事件时做好应急管理和服务对保障档案安全、开展档案工作和发挥档案价值具有重要意义。基于对国内部分高校的突发事件应急管理和服务建设情况的调查并结合实际工作经验,总结分析高校档案馆在应对突发事件的条件差异、制度建设和服务开展情况,提出应急管理和服务中的问题,并从制度建设、自身条件、档案服务和宣传方面提出发展的建议,促进高校档案馆应对突发事件、提升应急管理和服务能力的提升。According to the level of development of university archives,it is crucial for them to implement effective emergency management and services during unexpected events to ensure the security of archives,facilitate archival work,and maximize the value of the archives.Based on a survey of the emergency management and service construction in some domestic universities,combined with practical work experience,the paper summarizes and analyzes the differences in conditions,system construction,and service development of university archives in response to emergency events.It identifies issues in emergency management and services and proposes development suggestions in terms of system construction,self-improvement,archival services,and publicity.These suggestions aim to enhance the ability of university archives to respond to emergencies and improve their emergency management and service capabilities.
