摘 要:本文以陕西高家堡矿井西区辅助运输大巷项目为背景,对高地温高瓦斯浓度下巷道安全掘进施工展开了深入研究。文中针对高地温提出了考虑多条件的掘进工作面需风量计算方法,并为局部通风机的选型提供了指导;针对高瓦斯浓度问题,提出了可快速安装的施工监控系统;针对潜在的冲压问题,制定了微震监控系统和冲压防治措施,确保TBM在高温高瓦斯环境下实现安全高效施工,为TBM施工积累了丰富的经验,可以为未来类似工程提供有益参考。Based on the auxiliary transportation main roadway project in the west of Gaojiapu Mine in Shanxi Province,this paper has carried out a deep research on the safe excavation construction of roadway under high ground temperature and high gas concentration.In view of the high ground temperature,the calculation method of the air demand of the driving face considering multiple conditions is proposed,and the selection of local fan is provided.Aiming at the problem of high gas concentration,the construction monitoring system which can be installed quickly is put forward.In view of potential stamping problems,a microseismic monitoring system and stamping prevention measures are developed to ensure the safe and efficient construction of TBM under high temperature and high gas environment,which has accumulated rich experience for TBM construction and can provide useful reference for similar projects in the future.
