定额计价法在建筑工程预结算中的应用分析

摘　　要：在当前建筑工程项目预结算工程中,定额计价法具有广阔的应用前景。提升定额计价法应用能力对提升项目经济效益的意义重大。文章详细介绍了定额计价法的相关内容,包括定额计价模式的基本思想、各类费用的计算方法以及相关技术要点。采用案例分析法,根据某建筑工程项目的经验详细说明了定额计价法的应用策略,包括统一计价术语、定额借用、定额换算,并说明了在预结算中应用定额计价法的相关注意事项,希望为全面提升建筑工程预结算工作水平奠定基础。In the current construction project budget and settlement project,the quota valuation method has broad application prospects,and improving the application ability of the quota valuation method is of great significance to improve the economic benefits of the project.This paper introduces the relevant contents of the quota pricing method in detail,including the basic idea of the quota pricing mode,the calculation methods of various costs and the relevant technical points.Based on the experience of a construction project,the application strategy of the quota pricing method is described in detail by using the case analysis method,including unified pricing terms,quota borrowing,quota conversion,and the related matters needing attention in the application of the quota pricing method in the pre settlement,hoping to lay the foundation for comprehensively improving the pre settlement level of construction projects.
