房建工程混凝土结构开裂的诱因及防治措施分析

摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,房地产业以及基础设置建设规模正在不断扩大,而房建工程中混凝土结构开裂的问题受到了越来越多人的关注。混凝土结构开裂不仅会对建筑物的美观以及使用寿命产生影响,甚至还会对人们的生命和财产安全产生威胁。因此,对房建工程混凝土结构开裂的诱因以及防治措施进行研究具有重要意义。为此,文章揭示了房建工程混凝土结构开裂的常见原因,并在此基础上提出了相应的防治措施,以期提高我国房建工程质量。With the rapid development of China's economy,the scale of real estate industry and infrastructure construction is expanding.The problem of concrete structure cracking in housing construction projects has attracted more and more attention.The cracking of concrete structure will not only affect the beauty and service life of buildings,but also threaten the safety of people's lives and property.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the causes and prevention measures of concrete structure cracking in housing construction projects.Therefore,this paper reveals the common causes of concrete structure cracking in housing construction projects,and on this basis,puts forward the corresponding prevention measures,in order to improve the quality of housing construction projects in China.
