摘　　要：社会的不断发展为建筑行业带来了更多的发展机遇,同时行业间的竞争日益激烈,促使越来越多的建筑施工企业对自身发展模式做出适时调整和科学改进。利润最大化已成为当下企业发展的核心目标,而成本管理在其中占据着极为重要的地位和作用。基于此,文章对房建工程项目在施工过程中的成本管理进行分析,并结合相关实例展开深入探讨,以供参考。The continuous development of society has brought more development opportunities to the construction industry,while the competition between industries is becoming increasingly fierce,prompting more and more construction companies to make timely adjustments and scientific improvements to their own development models.Maximizing profits has become the core goal of current enterprise development,and cost management plays an extremely important role in it.Based on this,the article analyzes the cost management of building construction projects during the construction process and conducts in-depth discussions with relevant examples for reference.
