摘　　要：铝模爬架一体化施工是一种新型的建筑形式,其生产制造速度快,成本低,在建筑行业的应用效果显著。为了进一步满足现代化建筑施工质量要求,文章结合现有工程项目案例,梳理了现阶段住宅房屋建筑施工面临的难点,从施工前准备工作、模板施工、爬架安装等方面探究铝膜爬架一体化施工技术在住宅房屋建筑施工中的应用要点,以发挥该技术的优势,全面提升住宅房屋建筑整体施工效率和质量。The integrated construction of aluminum formwork and climbing frame is a new type of building form.Its production speed is fast,the cost is low,and its application effect in the construction industry is remarkable.In order to further meet the quality requirements of modern building construction,combining with the existing engineering project cases,this paper combs the difficulties faced by residential building construction at this stage,and explores the application points of aluminum membrane climbing frame integrated construction technology in residential building construction from the aspects of pre construction preparation,template construction,climbing frame installation,etc.,so as to give full play to the advantages of this technology and comprehensively improve the overall construction efficiency and quality of residential building construction.
