摘　　要：随着沥青混合料生产的专业化、商业化发展,传统的人工管理模式已不适应沥青拌合站发展趋势。文章以物联网等信息技术为基础,构建了沥青混合料智能生产管理系统,包含订单任务、物料管理、配方工艺、质量溯源、统计报表等模块,覆盖拌合站从原材料进场至成品料出场的全过程,实现了公路数字化转型背景下混合料生产的智能化管控。With the professionalization and commercialization of asphalt mixture production,the traditional manual management mode is no longer suitable for the development trend of asphalt mixing stations.Based on information technologies such as the Internet of Things,this article constructs an intelligent production management system for asphalt mixtures,which includes modules such as order tasks,material management,formulation processes,quality traceability,and statistical reports.It covers the entire process of the mixing station from raw material entry to finished material exit,achieving intelligent control of mixture production under the background of digital transformation of highways.
