摘　　要：在柬埔寨西南部戈公省,由中国华电集团有限公司投资建设的额勒赛下游水电站于今年7月迎来了商业运营10周年。走进额勒赛,群山环绕之中,电站大坝上的“开发水电福泽百姓”几个中柬文大字格外醒目。In Koh Kong Provine in southwest Cambodia,the lLower Stung Russei Chrum Hydropower Station built by China Huadian Corporation Ltd.(CHD)celebrated its 10th anniversary of commercial operation in July this year.At the station surrounded by mountains,the Chinese and Cambodian characters meaning that"hydropower development benefits people"on the dam are particularly eye-catching.
