摘　　要：8月15日是第二个全国生态日,今年活动的主题是“加快经济社会发展全面绿色转型”。今年以来,中共中央国务院相继印发《关于全面推进美丽中国建设的意见》《关于加快经济社会发展全面绿色转型的意见》,指出“加快发展方式绿色转型”,明确要求“推进产业数字化、智能化同绿色化深度融合”。促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型是解决资源环境生态问题的基础之策。This year,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have successively issued the Guideline on Promoting Buildinga Beautiful China inAll Respects and the Guideline on Acceleratingthe Comprehensive Green Transformationof Economic and Social Development.These guidelines emphasize the need to"accelerate the green transformation of the development model"and explicitly require"promoting the deep integration of industrial digitization,intelligence,and green transformation".
