摘  要:姜酮存在于中药生姜中,是一种无毒的酚类物质,具有广泛的药理作用,但姜酮低溶解性以及在体内快速消除的特点限制了其临床应用。针对这一问题国内外学者使用纳米粒、自微乳、胶束等新剂型技术,提高姜酮的溶解度和生物利用度,赋予其靶向性、缓释性等特性。文章综述姜酮药理作用和新剂型的研究进展,为进一步探讨其在促进人体健康方面的应用提供新思路。Zingerone is present in traditional Chinese medicine ginger and is a non-toxic phenolic substance with a wide range of pharmacological effects,but the low solubility of gingerone and its rapid elimination in the body limit its clinical application.In order to solve this problem,scholars at home and abroad have used new dosage form technologies such as nanoparticles,self-microemulsions,and micelles to improve the solubility and bioavailability of gingerone,and endow it with targeting and sustained release properties.This paper reviews the research progress on the pharmacological effects and new dosage forms of zingerone,and provides new ideas for further exploring its application in promoting human health.
