摘　　要：张喜奎教授临证思路不拘泥于“证”、“治”相应,创造性提出“异机同治”理论,拓展临证用药思路。张喜奎教授继承陈亦人先生所传之方补气通络方,师其法而不泥其方,将“异机同治”思想应用其中,广泛应用于痰瘀交阻,经络不通证、脾胃亏损,气血不足证、宗气亏虚,心神不宁证、清气不升,清窍失养证、脾虚气陷,湿瘀下注证等多种病证,取效显著。文章借阐述“异机同治”理论,通过分析补气通络方在各证型理法方药的运用,总结张喜奎教授临床辨证思路与辨治经验。Professor Zhang Xikui s perspective on clinical evidence transcends the link between“evidence”and“treatment”.He introduces the innovative concept of“treating various organisms with identical remedies”,which broadens the application of medication in clinical evidence.Zhang adopted Mr.Chen Yiren s formula for replenishing qi and clearing channels,and employed the concept of“treating diverse mechanisms with a uniform treatment”.This approach has found extensive application in various ailments,like phlegm and stasis interlocking obstruction.These diseases include blockages in the meridians and channels,deficiency in the spleen and stomach,insufficiency of qi and blood,zongqi deficiency,restlessness of the heart and mind,failure to raise qi,loss of nourishment of qingqi,deficiency of the spleen,and dampness and stagnation in the downstream injection.The article provides a good example of how this treatment can be used to treat a wide range of diseases.The article outlines Zhang s clinical diagnostic approach and treatment experience by explaining the theory of“different mechanisms and the same treatment”.It also examines the use of qi replenishing formulae and prescription medicines in every type of evidence.
