摘　　要：木香顺气丸由木香、砂仁、醋香附、槟榔、甘草、陈皮、厚朴、枳壳、苍术、青皮和生姜共11种中草药组成,其主要功效在于理气化湿、调和脾胃,常被用于治疗胃食管反流病。大量研究结果证实,木香顺气丸无论是单独使用还是配合其他中西药,都能有效缓解胃食管反流病的症状,并展现出良好的治疗效果。为了使基层医疗机构的医师更科学、安全地使用木香顺气丸,首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院携手中国医疗保健国际交流促进会中医药临床研究分会等专业团体,共同制定了《木香顺气丸治疗胃食管反流病基层用药专家共识》。该共识基于临床专家的调查问卷和文献回顾,运用GRADE系统,融合专家的专业见解,通过名义小组方法制定出推荐建议和共识。该共识明确了木香顺气丸治疗胃食管反流病的适应证、证治要点、用法与用量、疗程、联合用药和安全性等,适用于各等级医院的中医师、西医师、全科医师和临床药师等。Muxiang Shunqi pills,consisting of eleven traditional Chinese medicines:Aucklandiae radix,Amomum aurantiacum H.T.Tsai Et S.W.Zhao,Cyperi rhizome,Arecae semen,licorice,Citrus reticulata,Magnolia officinalis rehd Et Wils,Aurantii fructus,Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)Dc.,Citri reticulatae pericarpium viride and Zingiber officinale roscoe,possesses the effects of promoting Qi circulation to remove dampness,and strengthening the spleen and stomach.Muxiang Shunqi pills is widely used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.A large number of studies have confirmed that Muxiang Shunqi pills can effectively relieve the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease,with significant therapeutic effect,whether it is used alone or combined with other Chinese and Western medicines.In order to enable clinicians in primary medical institutions to use Muxiang Shunqi pills more scientifically and safely,Expert Consensus on Muxiang Shunqi Pills in Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease in Primary Care was jointly drafted by relevant experts from Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University,and Clinical Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Branch of China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care.Based on the questionnaire survey and literature review of clinical experts,the consensus adopts the GRADE system and fully combined with expert experience to form recommendations or consensus recommendations through the Nominal Group Technique.This consensus clarifies the indications,key points of diagnosis and treatment,usage and dosage,course of treatment,drug combination,and safety of Muxiang Shunqi pills in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,which is suitable for Chinese clinicians,Western clinicians,general clinicians and clinical pharmacists in hospitals of various levels.
