摘　　要：鸡骨草胶囊由三七、人工牛黄、毛鸡骨草、栀子和茵陈等10种中药组方配制而成,具有疏肝利胆、清热解毒的功效,在胆囊炎的治疗中被广泛应用。相关研究结果表明,鸡骨草胶囊单用、联合西药均能改善胆囊炎患者的临床症状体征,并具有较好的临床疗效。为了更好地指导基层医师安全、有效地应用鸡骨草胶囊,指导临床合理用药,由首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院联合中国医疗保健国际交流促进会中医药临床研究分会等相关领域专家,共同起草了《鸡骨草胶囊治疗胆囊炎基层用药专家共识》。该共识在临床专家的问卷调研和文献回顾的基础上,采用GRADE系统,充分结合专家经验,通过名义组法形成推荐意见或共识建议。该共识明确了鸡骨草胶囊治疗胆囊炎的适应证、辨证要点、剂量与疗程、用药安全性等,适用于各等级医院的中医师、西医师、全科医师和临床药师等。Jigucao capsules,consisting of ten kinds of traditional Chinese medicines:Panax notoginseng,Artificial bezoar,Maojigucao,Gardeniae fructus and Artemisiae Scopariae Herba,possesses the effects of soothing the liver and disinhibiting the gallbladder,clearing heat and removing toxin.Jigucao capsules is widely used in the treatment of cholecystitis in clinical practice.Relevant researches have shown that Jigucao capsules alone or in combination with Western medicine could improve the clinical signs and symptoms of patients with cholecystitis,with significant clinical efficacy.In order to enable clinicians in primary medical institutions to use Muxiang Shunqi pills more scientifically and safely,Expert Consensus on Jigucao Capsules in the Treatment of Cholecystitis in Primary Care was jointly drafted by relevant experts from Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University,and Clinical Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Branch of China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care.Based on the questionnaire survey and literature review of clinical experts,the consensus adopts the GRADE system and fully combined with expert experience to form recommendations or consensus recommendations through the Nominal Group Technique.This consensus clarifies the indications,key points of diagnosis and treatment,usage and dosage,course of treatment,and safety of Jigucao capsules in the treatment of cholecystitis,which is suitable for Chinese clinicians,Western clinicians,general clinicians and clinical pharmacists in hospitals of various levels.
