摘　　要：延展性血液透析是近年出现的一种创新血液透析治疗技术。与传统模式如低通量血液透析、高通量血液透析及血液透析滤过相比,该透析模式应用最接近肾小球滤过膜的中截留量膜透析器,相比血液滤过无需置换液和滤过装置,技术操作更简单,有效清除大中分子毒素,有望改善终末期肾病患者的结局,可作为高容量血液透析滤过治疗的替代方案。Expanded hemodialysis is an innovation that can increase the effectiveness of hemodialysis.Compared with traditional modes such as low flux hemodialysis,high flux hemodialysis,and hemofiltration,this dialysis mode uses a medium rejection membrane dialyzer that is closest to the glomerular filtration membrane.Compared with hemofiltration,it does not require replacement fluid and filtration devices,and the technical operation is simpler.It effectively removes large and medium-sized toxins,which is expected to improve the outcome of end-stage renal disease patients and can be used as an alternative to high-capacity hemofiltration therapy.
