乳腺癌诊断中应用飞利浦EPIQ5彩色超声诊断系统联合X射线钼靶的效果分析

摘  要:目的:分析飞利浦EPIQ5彩色超声诊断系统联合X射线钼靶在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:纳入2023年1月~2024年5月于医院接受诊疗的疑似乳腺癌患者36例作为观察对象,所实施的检查为飞利浦EPIQ5彩色超声诊断系统检查、X射线钼靶检查,以病理结果作为金标准,对比分析两种检查方法单独诊断与联合诊断的诊断效果。结果:经统计学分析,诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异性以及阳性与阴性预测值联合检查明显高于单独彩色超声诊断系统检查及单独X射线钼靶检查,P<0.05。结论:在实施乳腺癌患者诊断的过程中飞利浦EPIQ5彩色超声诊断系统联合X射线钼靶的临床应用效果较为理想,有着相对较高的诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。Objective:To analyze the application value of Philips EPIQ5 diagnostic ultrasound system and transducers combined with X-ray molybdenum target in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:A total of 36 patients with suspected mammary cancer who were treated in hospitals from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected as experimental subjects.Philips EPIQ5 high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography and X-ray molybdenum target examination were performed.Pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic effects of the two examination methods and the combined examination scheme.Results:Statistical analysis showed that the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,and combined positive and negative predictive values were significantly higher than those of single color ultrasound diagnostic system examination and single X-ray molybdenum target examination,with P<0.05.Conclusion:Philips EPIQ5 diagnostic ultrasound system and transducers combined with X-ray molybdenum target has an ideal application effect in the diagnosis of mammary cancer patients,with relatively high diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value.
