摘  要:目的:探讨三磷酸腺苷(ATP)荧光检验仪在医务人员手卫生质量检测中的应用效果。方法:于2023年10月~2023年11月选取本院50名医务人员,对其手部污染情况进行检测,在执行手卫生前后分别采样,采用ATP生物荧光检验技术及微生物培养法进行手部表面微生物检测。结果:ATP生物荧光检测方式检测与经微生物培养法方式检测,医务人员手部微生物污染情况比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);经ATP生物荧光检验方式检测,医务人员执行手卫生后ATP检测值较手卫生前明显降低,合格率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用ATP荧光检测仪检测医务人员手卫生质量检测评估方面具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the application effect of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)fluorescence analyzer in the detection of hand hygiene quality in medical personnel.Methods:50 medical staff members from our hospital from October 2023 to November 2023 were selected,and ATP biofluorescence testing technology and microbial culture method were used to detect surface microorganisms on the hands before hand hygiene.Results:There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)between the ATP biofluorescence detection method and the microbial culture method for detecting microbial contamination in the hands of medical personnel;Through ATP biofluorescence testing,the ATP monitoring value of medical personnel after hand hygiene significantly decreased compared to before,and the qualified rate of hand microbiology monitoring significantly increased compared to before hand hygiene,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of ATP fluorescence detectors has practical value in evaluating the quality of hand hygiene for medical personnel.
