摘　　要：目的:比较IBS宫内刨削系统与宫腔镜双极电切术对宫腔良性病变患者手术相关指标、并发症发生率的影响。方法:选择2022年1月~2023年1月医院160例宫腔良性病变患者,随机数表法分为两组,对照组用宫腔镜双极电切术治疗,观察组用IBS宫内刨削系统治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、并发症发生率。结果:观察组术中出血量及术后的阴道流血量均少于对照组,而手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组月经恢复时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组首次月经量、子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后1d的血钾、血红蛋白、纤维蛋白原比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于宫腔镜双极电切术,IBS宫内刨削系统对宫腔良性病变患者手术相关指标具有改善作用,促进术后恢复,而且能降低并发症发生率。Objective:To compare the effects of IBS intraauterine planing system and hysteroscopic bipolar resection on surgical indicators and incidence of complications in patients with benign uterine lesions.Methods:160 patients with benign uterine lesions in hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided randomly into two groups.The hysteroscopic bipolar resection was used in control group,and IBS intrauterine planing system was used in observation group.The two groups’operation related indexes and complication rate were compared.Results:The observation group’s amount of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative vaginal blood loss were less than control group’s,and the duration of operation were shorter than control group’s(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in menstrual recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).Observation group’s the first menstrual volume and endometrial thickness were higher than control group’s(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood potassium,hemoglobin and fibrinogen between the two groups one day after surgery(P>0.05).Observation group’s complication rate was lower than control group’s(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with hysteroscopic bipolar resection,IBS intrauterine planing system can improve surgical indicators in patients with benign uterine lesions,promote postoperative recovery,and reduce the incidence of complications.
