动力系统与传统刮匙在小儿腺样体手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究分析动力系统与传统刮匙在小儿腺样体手术中的效果与价值。方法:抽取2020年3月~2024年3月本院接收的70例实施小儿腺样体手术治疗的患儿为观察对象,以案例数字排序的奇偶性为标准进行分组,对照组(n偶数=35例,给予传统刮匙治疗),观察组(n奇数=35例,给予动力系统腺样体切除术治疗),对组间临床疗效进行比较,主要比较项目包括治疗总有效率、相关手术指标、治疗前后OSA-18量表评分。结果:①观察组患儿中治疗显效、有效者案例多于对照组,其治疗总有效率更高,数据比较结果为P<0.05;②观察组的治疗方式优化了手术流程,使相关手术指标(术中出血量,手术时间、术后恢复通气时间和住院时间)较对照组更优,数据比较结果为P<0.05;③术前,两组患儿的睡眠、生活质量均受到病情严重影响,其各项质量评分差异较小,数据比较结果为P>0.05;术后,两组患儿的睡眠、生活质量均得以显著改善,且观察组的改善效果(OSA-18量表评分更低)较对照组更优,数据比较结果为P<0.05。结论:动力系统在小儿腺样体手术中的运用效果更显著,能够帮助优化手术指标,提高治疗效果,改善后续睡眠和生活质量,是一种切实有效且应用价值较高的手术系统。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect and value of dynamic system and traditional curette in pediatric adenoid surgery.Methods:Take 70 children who were received by our hospital from March 2020 to March 2024 as the observation objects,and group them according to the parity of case number sequence,the control group(neven=35 cases,given traditional curettage),the observation group(nodd=35 cases,given dynamic system adenoidectomy),and compare the clinical efficacy between the groups.The main comparison items include the total efficiency of treatment,relevant operation indicators,and OSA-18 scale score before and after treatment.Results:①There were more effective cases in the observation group than in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher.The data comparison result was P<0.05;②The treatment mode of the observation group optimized the operation process,so that the relevant operation indicators(intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,postoperative recovery ventilation time and hospitalization time)were better than those of the control group,and the data comparison result was P<0.05;③Before the operation,the sleep and life quality of the two groups were seriously affected by the disease,and the difference of their quality scores was small,and the data comparison result was P>0.05;After the operation,the sleep and quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement effect of the observation group(OSA-18 scale score was lower)was better than that of the control group,and the data comparison result was P<0.05.Conclusion:The application effect of power system in adenoidectomy of children is more significant,which can help optimize the operation index,improve the treatment effect,and improve the follow-up sleep and life quality.It is a practical and effective operation system with high application value.
