摘  要:目的探讨关节镜下经后内侧入路使用缝合钩全内缝合外侧半月板后根撕裂(LMPRT)的技术方法及临床疗效。方法纳入2020年5月至2022年8月间在南阳市中医院接受诊疗的LMPRT外伤患者23例,所有患者均接受后内侧入路使用缝合钩、聚对二氧环己酮(PDS)缝合线全内缝合方案进行干预。对患者在治疗前后的膝关节功能(Lysholm评分)、疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]以及膝关节主观功能评分[国际膝关节文献委员会(IKDC)评分]进行比较。结果术后患者Lysholm评分、IKCD评分高于干预前,VAS评分低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者术后随访期间,无发生严重并发症事件。结论后内侧入路缝合LMPRT效果较好,安全有效,患者疼痛感较低,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the technique and clinical efficacy of using suture hook full-thickness suturing for lateral meniscus posterior root tear(LMPRT)via the posteromedial approach under arthroscopy.Methods From May 2020 to August 2022,23 patients with LMPRT who were treated at Nanyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included.All patients received intervention using a suture hook and polydioxanone(PDS)suture for full-thickness suturing via the posteromedial approach.Knee function(Lysholm score),pain[Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score],and subjective knee function[International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)score]were compared before and after treatment.Results Postoperative Lysholm and IKDC scores were significantly higher,and VAS scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).No serious complications occurred during the follow-up period.Conclusion Suture hook full-thickness suturing for LMPRT via the posteromedial approach is effective,safe,and results in low pain for patients,making it suitable for clinical application.
