集束化护理对早期先兆流产患者心理状态及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的分析早期先兆流产(ETA)患者使用集束化护理的效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年5月周口市中心医院收治的62例ETA患者按照随机数字表法分为A组(31例,常规护理)和B组(31例,集束化护理),分析两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、护理满意度评分、护理依从性评分、出院时简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分、足月妊娠率,比较两组护理效果。结果和本组护理前比较,护理后两组HAMA评分、PSQI评分均降低,SF-36评分、护理满意度评分、护理依从性评分均提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组护理后两组HAMA评分、PSQI评分均低于A组,SF-36评分、护理满意度评分、护理依从性评分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ETA患者使用集束化护理,能显著改善不良心态和妊娠结局,提高生活和睡眠质量及遵医嘱依从性,值得应用。Objective To analyze the effect of bundled care on patients with early threatened abortion(ETA).Methods A total of 62 ETA patients treated at Zhoukou Central Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into group A(31 cases,routine care)and group B(31 cases,effect of bundled care).The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores,nursing satisfaction scores,nursing compliance scores,Short Form-36 Health Survey(SF-36)scores at discharge,and full-term pregnancy rates of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the pre-nursing period,the HAMA and PSQI scores of both groups decreased after nursing,while the SF-36,nursing satisfaction,and nursing compliance scores increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After nursing,the HAMA and PSQI scores of group B were lower than those of group A,while the SF-36,nursing satisfaction,and nursing compliance scores of group B were higher than those of group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of effect of bundled care in ETA patients can significantly improve adverse psychological states and pregnancy outcomes,enhance the quality of life and sleep,and increase compliance with medical advice,making it worthy of application.
