摘　　要：目的分析医院病历评级中病案信息管理技术的应用价值。方法将2021年11月至2023年11月收治的41例病例病案纳入为实验组研究对象,另外选取同期41例病例病案为对照组研究对象。对照组予以常规病案管理,实验组予以病案信息管理技术管理。比较两组病历评级评分、病历书写质量、病历评级效率评分;比较两组病案管理满意度;比较两组病案回收率、病案内容合格率。结果实验组病历评级评分、病历书写质量、病历评级效率评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组病案管理满意度(97.56%)高于对照组(82.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组病案回收率(97.56%)、病案内容合格率(100.00%)均高于对照组(80.49%、87.80%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院病历评级中病案信息管理技术可提升病案管理质量、病案管理满意度、病案回收率、病案内容合格率,值得应用。Objective To analyze the application value of medical record information management technology in hospital medical record rating.Methods From November 2021 to November 2023,41 cases of medical records were included in the experimental group,and another 41 cases of medical records were selected as the control group.The control group received conventional medical record management,while the experimental group received medical record information management technology.The medical record rating scores,medical record writing quality,and medical record rating efficiency scores were compared between the two groups.Medical record management satisfaction,medical record recovery rate,and content qualification rate were also compared.Results The experimental group had significantly higher medical record rating scores,medical record writing quality,and medical record rating efficiency scores than the control group(P<0.05).The medical record management satisfaction(97.56%)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(82.93%)(P<0.05).The medical record recovery rate(97.56%)and content qualification rate(100.00%)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(80.49%,87.80%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical record information management technology in hospital medical record rating can improve the quality of medical record management,satisfaction,recovery rate,and content qualification rate,making it worth applying.
