丝氨酸蛋白酶、尿β2-MG、VEGF与妊娠期高血压孕妇病情严重程度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究丝氨酸蛋白酶(corin)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在妊娠期高血压孕妇中的水平及与病情严重程度相关性。方法:选取30例妊娠期高血压孕妇和30名健康妊娠孕妇,分为妊高组和健康组;根据妊娠期高血压严重程度分为轻度12例和重度18例;分别检测corin、尿β2-MG、VEGF水平,分析妊娠期高血压孕妇corin、尿β2-MG、VEGF水平与病情严重程度相关性。结果:妊高组的VEGF水平均低于健康组(P<0.05);corin、尿β2-MG水平高于健康组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。重度妊高组的corin、尿β2-MG水平明显高于轻度妊高组,VEGF水平明显低于轻度妊高组(P<0.05~P<0.01);孕中期corin、尿β2-MG水平均低于孕晚期,VEGF水平高于孕晚期(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:corin、尿β2-MG、VEGF在妊娠期高血压孕妇中表达异常,与病人病情严重程度有关,可能参与妊娠期高血压的发病过程。Objective:To investigate the levels of serine protease(corin),urine β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in pregnant women with gestational hypertension,and their correlation with the severity of the disease.Methods:Thirty pregnant women with gestational hypertension and 30 healthy pregnant women were divided into the gestational hypertension group and healthy group.According to the severity of gestational hypertension,12 mild cases and 18 severe cases were found.The levels of corin,urine β2-MG and VEGF in two groups were detected.The correlation between the levels of corin,urine β2-MG,VEGF and severity of the disease were analyzed in pregnant women with gestational hypertension.Results:The levels of VEGF in the gestational hypertension group were lower than that in healthy group,and the levels of corin and urine β2-MG were higher than those in healthy group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The levels of corin and urine β2-MG in severe gestational hypertension group were significantly higher than those in mild gestational hypertension group,while the VEGF levels in the severe gestational hypertension group were significantly lower than those in mild gestational hypertension group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The levels of corin and urine β2-MG in the pregnant metaphase were lower than those in later pregnancy,and the VEGF levels were higher than those in late pregnancy(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions:The abnormal expression of corin,urine β2-MG and VEGF in pregnant women with gestational hypertension is related to the severity of the disease,and which may be involved in the pathogenesis of gestational hypertension.
