摘　　要：目的:分析未破裂颅内动脉瘤(UIAs)病人血清微小RNA-338-3p(miR-338-3p)的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:选取住院的UIAs病人105例作为观察组,另选取同期无脑动脉瘤的常规体检者100名作为对照组。UIAs病人入院后1 d、对照组体检当日的清晨空腹肘静脉血,检测血清miR-338-3p、血清基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)水平,分析血清miR-338-3p、MMP-2表达与UIAs病人临床病理特征的关系,采用Pearson相关分析UIAs病人血清miR-338-3p与MMP-2的相关性。结果:观察组血清miR-338-3p、MMP-2水平均高于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.05)。不同动脉瘤直径及动脉瘤数目病人血清miR-338-3p、MMP-2水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示,UIAs病人血清miR-338-3p与MMP-2呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:UIAs病人血清miR-338-3p、MMP-2水平均高于对照组,二者呈正相关,且均与病人动脉瘤直径和数目有关。Objective:To analyze the expression of microRNA-338-3p(miR-338-3p)in serum of patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms(UIAs)and its clinical implications.Methods:A total of 105 hospitalized patients with UIAs were selected as the observation group,and 100 subjects without intracranial aneurysms who underwent routine physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group.The fasting elbow vein blood of the patients in the observation group were collected on the first day after admission and those of the control group were collected in the morning of physical examination.The serum level of miR-338-3p,matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)were measured,and the relationship between serum miR-338-3p and MMP-2,and the clinical characteristics of UIAs patients were analyzed according to Pearson correlation analysis.Results:The levels of serum miR-338-3p and MMP-2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05).There were significant differences in serum miR-338-3p and MMP-2 levels in UIAs patients with different aneurysm diameters and aneurysm numbers(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between serum miR-338-3p and MMP-2 in UIAs patients(P<0.01).Conclusions:The serum levels of miR-338-3p and MMP-2 in UIAs patients are elevated and correlated with the aneurysm diameter and number.
