摘　　要：目的:通过对某三级综合医院在放射管理工作的工作制度和具体举措,为医疗机构放射管理提供工作思路和借鉴。方法:详细说明医院在开展放射管理工作中的重要事项和困难点,介绍该院通过持续改进放射管理组织架构和制度、流程,确保不发生医患的辐射事故、不引起放射职业安全事件。结果:该院通过建立上述放射管理制度,严格依法执业、按时开展行政许可及设备检测、健康检查,未发生放射安全事故,通过质量持续改进有效提高了放射防护管理水平。结论:加强医院放射管理水平,强化放射防护安全要求,是保护医患健康、提升放射安全的重要前提。Objective:To provide ideas and reference for radiation management in medical institutions through the working system and specific initiatives of a tertiary general hospital in radiation management.Methods:To describe in detail the important issues and difficulties in radiological management in the hospital,and to introduce the hospital’s continuous improvement of the radiological management organizational structure and systems and processes to ensure that no radiation accidents occur among doctors and patients,and that no radiological occupational safety incidents are caused.Results:By establishing the above-mentioned radiation management system,practicing in strict accordance with the law,carrying out administrative licenses and equipment testing and health inspections on time,the hospital has not experienced any radiation safety accidents,and has effectively improved the level of radiation protection management through continuous quality improvement.Conclusion:Strengthening the level of radiation management in hospitals and reinforcing the safety requirements for radiation protection are important prerequisites for protecting the health of doctors and patients and enhancing radiation safety.
