摘  要:目的:探讨超声引导协同腔内心电图技术对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管患者的应用价值。方法:选择2022年12月~2023年12月本院行PICC置管患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组予以超声引导下PICC置管,观察组在其基础上予以腔内心电图技术进行引导定位。对比两组穿刺质量、穿刺耗时和疼痛程度、不良反应发生率及患者满意度。结果:观察组首次穿刺成功率、5min内穿刺成功率86.05%、97.67%较对照组的67.44%、79.07%高(P<0.05);观察组穿刺耗时较对照组短,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组一次置管成功率、尖端到位率90.70%、97.67%均较对照组的72.09%、79.07%高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率2.33%较对照组的18.60%低(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度97.67%较对照组的81.40%高(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导协同腔内心电图技术应用于PICC置管患者中,有助于提高首次穿刺成功率、5min内穿刺成功率,减少穿刺耗时,疼痛程度较轻,不良反应发生率低,患者满意度高。Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasound-guided collaborative intracavitary electroencephalography(ECG)technology in sick persons with central venous catheter(PICC)placement through peripheral veins.Methods:A total of 86 patients receiving PICC catheterization in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received PICC catheterization guided by ultrasound,while the observation group received guidance and localization using intracavitary electroencephalography technology based on this.Compare the puncture quality,puncture time and pain level,incidence of adverse reactions,and patient satisfaction between two groups.Results:The success rates of the first puncture and puncture within 5 minutes in the observation group were 86.05%and 97.67%,which were higher than those in the control group(67.44%and 79.07%,P<0.05);The observation group had shorter puncture time and lower visual analogue scale(VAS)score compared to the control group(P<0.05);The success rate and tip insertion rate of the observation group were 90.70%and 97.67%were higher than control group(72.09%and 79.07%,P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.33%lower than control group was 18.60%(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of sick persons in observation group was 97.67%higher than control group at 81.40%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ultrasoundguided collaborative intracavitary electroencephalography technology in sick persons with PICC catheterization can help improve the success rate of first puncture,the success rate of puncture within 5 minutes,reduce puncture time,alleviate pain,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and increase patient satisfaction.
