摘　　要：目的:探索分析超声图像特点及阴道(TVS)联合腹部方式(TAS)诊断异位妊娠(EP)的临床价值。方法:选取本院2021年1月~2023年6月治疗的60例EP患者,均实施TAS、TVS检查,以手术病理结果为金指标,探索分析其临床诊断效果及超声图像特点。结果:TAS+TVS准确度及阳性预测值均高于TAS(P<0.05)。TAS+TVS在盆腔积液、宫外见胚芽、宫外见胎心、宫外见孕囊、宫外混合型包块的检出率均明显高于TAS(P>0.05)。结论:TAS联合TVS检查能提高EP临床检出率,且检查特异度、准确度、阳性预测值均较高,可有效区分EF特征性超声图像,有利于为医生诊断疾病、制定临床治疗方案提供合理的理论依据。Objective:To explore and analyze the characteristics of ultrasound images and the clinical value of vaginal(TVS)combined abdominal(TAS)method in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods:60 EP patients treated in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected,and TAS and TVS were examined.The clinical diagnostic effect and ultrasonic image characteristics were explored and analyzed with the pathological results of surgery as the golden index.Results:TAS+TVS accuracy and positive predictive value were higher than TAS(P<0.05).The detection rate of TAS+TVS in pelvic fluid,extrauterine germ,extrauterine gestational sac,and extrauterine mixed mass were significantly higher than that of TAS(P>0.05).Conclusion:TAS combined with TVS examination can improve the clinical detection rate of EP,and the examination specificity,accuracy and positive predictive value are relatively high,which can effectively distinguish the characteristic ultrasound images of EF,which is conducive to provide a reasonable theoretical basis for doctors to diagnose diseases and formulate clinical treatment plans.
