摘　　要：目的:研究适用于我国国情的针对医疗机构医疗器械管理的全过程及系统化评价方法,持续提升医疗机构医疗器械管理水平。方法:从六个维度设定量化评价指标,形成评价模型并建成评价信息系统供参加评价医疗机构使用。结果:信息系统建成后,参评医疗机构提交佐证材料系统自评,然后专家复评后形成评价报告,督促医疗机构围绕安全、有效、经济目标,实现医疗器械精细化管理和全生命周期管理。结论:基于量化评价模型和系统的建成可以评价国内医疗机构医疗器械管理状况,发现管理中存在的差距,督促医疗机构持续性改进医疗器械管理水平,评价模型实用性强。Objective:To study a comprehensive and systematic evaluation method for the management of medical devices in medical institutions that is applicable to China’s national conditions,and to continuously improve the level of medical device management in medical institutions.Methods:Set quantitative evaluation indicators from six dimensions,form an evaluation model,and build an evaluation information system for participating medical institutions to use.Results:After the completion of the information system,participating medical institutions submitted supporting materials for self-assessment,and then experts conducted a re evaluation to form an evaluation report,urging medical institutions to achieve refined management and full lifecycle management of medical devices around safety,effectiveness,and economic goals.Conclusion:The establishment of a quantitative evaluation model and system can evaluate the management status of medical devices in domestic medical institutions,identify gaps in management,and urge medical institutions to continuously improve their medical device management level.The evaluation model has strong practicality.
