摘　　要：目的:为督促临床科室养成合理的使用习惯、改善本院医用耗材使用规范性和医疗收入结构,减小医用耗材费用在医疗费用中占比,提高医院经济运营水平。方法:根据科室请领、使用、耗材资质情况梳理优化耗材目录;计算耗材溢库率、比较患者人均使用量、单个病例使用量等不同方法监督消耗;以点评的方式指导科室合理使用。结果:医院医护人员从思想上接受了合理用耗概念并有意识控制耗材的使用经济性。结论:医用耗材乱计价情况有所改善,医用耗材费用在医疗费用占比有所下降,但仍在不断摸索当中。Objective:In order to urge the clinical department to develop reasonable use habits,improve the standardization of medical consumables in the hospital and the structure of medical income,reduce the cost of medical consumables in the proportion of medical expenses,and improve the level of hospital’s economic operation.Methods:Sort out and optimize the consumable directory according to the department’s request,use,and consumable qualifications;Supervise the consumption consumption of different methods such as consumables,comparison of per capita usage,and single case usage;Guide the section to be used reasonably by reviewing.Results:The hospital medical staff accepted the concept of rational consumption and consciously controlled the economic use of consumable.Conclusion:The random pricing of medical consumables has improved,and the cost of medical consumables has decreased in the proportion of medical expenses,but it is still being explored.
