摘　　要：目的:分析手术室器械管理开展手供一体化联合六西格玛管理体现的价值。方法:选取2022年1月~12月本院手术室开展手供一体化管理模式的800件手术室器械,将其设定为对照组,另选取该时段开展手供一体化联合六西格玛管理模式的800件手术室器械,将其设定为观察组。从护士手术室器械相关知识知晓度、手术室器械维护质量、手术室器械管理缺陷、手术医生器械使用满意度对两组管理效果综合评估。结果:与对照组比较,观察组护士手术室器械功能、器械规格、维护注意内容相关知识知晓度提高更明显,两组统计学有意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组手术室器械清洗、消毒、包装各维度评分提高更明显,两组统计学有意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组手术室器械管理缺陷发生率降低更明显,两组统计学有意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组手术医师器械使用总满意率提高更明显,两组统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室器械管理开展手供一体化联合六西格玛管理能提升护士维护意识与理论水平,提升管理质量,减少手术室器械管理缺陷,提高医师器械使用满意度。Objective:To analyze the value of hand supply integration combined with six sigma management in operating room instrument management.Methods:Select 800 operating room instruments that underwent hand supply integrated management mode in our hospital’s operating room from January to December 2022,set them as a control group,and select another 800 operating room instruments that underwent hand supply integrated management mode combined with six sigma management mode during this period,set them as an observation group.A comprehensive evaluation of the management effectiveness of the two groups was conducted based on the knowledge of nurses about operating room instruments,the quality of operating room instrument maintenance,deficiencies in operating room instrument management,and satisfaction with the use of surgical instruments by surgeons.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group showed a more significant improvement in the awareness of knowledge related to instrument function,instrument specifications,and maintenance precautions in the operating room,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group showed a more significant improvement in scores for instrument cleaning,disinfection,and packaging in the operating room,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of surgical instrument management defects in the observation group decreased more significantly,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group showed a more significant improvement in the overall satisfaction rate of surgical instrument use among surgeons,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of hand supply integration combined with six sigma management in operating room instrument management can enhance the maintenance awareness and theoretical level of nurses,improve management quality,reduce
