温针灸治疗肩周炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸治疗肩周炎患者的效果。方法:选取2021年10月至2023年9月该院收治的86例肩周炎患者进行前瞻性研究,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用温针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、肩关节功能(Constant-Murley肩关节功能)评分和上肢血流速度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%(41/43),高于对照组的74.42%(32/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疼痛程度、日常生活、肩关节活动度、肌力等Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组腋动脉、肩胛下动脉血流速度均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:在常规西医治疗基础上采用温针灸治疗肩周炎患者可提高治疗总有效率、肩关节功能评分和上肢血流速度,以及降低疼痛程度评分的效果优于单纯常规西医治疗。Objective:To observe effects of warm acupuncture on patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to this hospital from October 2021 to September 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the shoulder function(Constant-Murley shoulder joint function)score,and the upper limb blood flow velocity index levels were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than 74.42%(32/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Constant-Murley shoulder function scores such as pain degree,daily life,shoulder joint range of motion and muscle strength of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood flow velocity levels of axillary artery and subscapular artery in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional Western medicine treatment,warm acupuncture can improve the total effective rate,the shoulder function scores and the
