摘  要:为保证安全级DCS仪控设备的可维护性和可靠性,需要在DCS对传感器进行参数旁通,对仪控设备进行定期试验。通过具备维护试验功能的人机接口,仪控维护人员可执行参数旁通或定期试验等维护操作。依据核电厂安全控制显示的相关标准,结合VVER堆型反应堆保护系统的架构设计,本文阐述了维护安全控制显示装置(简称维护SCID)的设计和实现过程,提出了基于和睦系统SCID实现维护试验功能的高安全等级设计方案。目前,该方案已在VVER堆型核电机组中得到应用,为后续核电厂维护试验功能提供了方案借鉴与参考。To ensure the maintainability and reliability of the safety level DCS I&C equipment,it is necessary to bypass the parameters of the sensors and conduct periodic tests on the I&C equipment in DCS.Through the man-machine interface with maintenance test function,I&C maintenance personnel can perform parameter bypass or periodic test and other maintenance operations.Based on the relevant standards of safety control display in nuclear power plant,combined with the architecture design of VVER reactor protection system,the design and implementation process of maintenance safety control display device(SCID-M)is described.Compared with the previous hardware panel,non-security level maintenance implementation scheme,a high security level design scheme based on the FirmSys SCID to achieve the maintenance test function is proposed.Currently,the scheme has been applied in VVER nuclear power plant,which can provide reference for the maintenance and test function of subsequent nuclear power units.
