先进制造业与高端服务业融合对绿色技术创新的影响研究

摘　　要：先进制造业与高端服务业的融合是技术创新的重要驱动力。从产业结构变迁、碳排放、政府执行力3个维度度量了2012—2021年中国30个省份产业低碳转型的程度。研究表明,先进制造业与高端服务业融合程度对绿色技术创新水平有显著的正向促进作用,主要体现在能源节约类绿色技术创新领域,并且资源类地区与东中部地区更为明显。因此,建议应持续深化先进制造业和高端服务业融合水平,积极发展低碳经济,促进地区间交流合作,加强绿色技术创新的引导与激励,以融合发展引领绿色创新。The integration of advanced manufacturing and high-end service industries is an important driving force for technological innovation.This article measures the degree of low-carbon industrial transformation in 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2021 from three dimensions:industrial structure changes,carbon emissions,and government execution capability.Research indicates that the degree of integration between advanced manufacturing and high-end service industries has a significant positive effect on the level of green technology innovation,which is mainly reflected in the field of energy conservation green technology innovation,and it is more prominent in resource-based regions and the eastern and central regions.Therefore,this article proposes to continuously deepen the integration level of advanced manufacturing and high-end service industries,actively develop low-carbon economy,promote regional communication and cooperation,strengthen the guidance and incentives for green technology innovation,and lead green innovation through integrated development.
