摘　　要：在湿式—氨法脱硫烟气工艺中所使用的循环水槽一般为直筒式空心水槽,洗涤水在洗涤烟气过程中会夹带碳铵结晶,结晶在循环水槽底部沉积,造成管道堵塞及循环水泵故障。本文通过对循环水槽进行改造分析,改造后运行效果良好。The circulating water tank used in the wet ammonia flue gas desulfurization process is generally a straight cylindrical hollow water tank.The washing water will carry ammonium bicarbonate crystals during the washing process of the flue gas,and the crystals will deposit at the bottom of the circulating water tank,causing pipeline blockage and circulating water pump failure.This article analyzes the transformation of the circulating water tank and finds that the operation effect is good after the transformation.
