摘　　要：介绍了中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司CO_(2)汽提塔壳侧蒸汽系统故障的种类,阐述了不同种类故障对汽提塔运行、以及对蒸汽系统、高压系统、低压循环系统等影响,当高压蒸汽发生故障后通过采取正确的调整方法,从根本上避免或者在一定程度上减少了汽提塔壳侧蒸汽系统故障所带来的不利影响,从而确保了尿素装置的平稳运行。This article introduces the types of faults in the shell side steam system of CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.'s CO_(2)stripping tower,and elaborates on the impact of different types of faults on the operation of the stripping tower,as well as on the steam system,high-pressure system,low-pressure circulation system,etc.When high-pressure steam fails,adopting the correct adjustment method fundamentally avoids or to a certain extent reduces the adverse effects caused by the shell side steam system faults of the stripping tower,thereby ensuring the stable operation of the urea plant.
