摘　　要：CO变换汽提塔出气冷却换热器与脱盐水换热进行降温,在运行过程中此换热器经常出现泄漏等问题。本文分析了汽提塔出气各种成分对换热管材质的腐蚀机理,并根据其特点提出相应的处理措施。The cooling heat exchanger for the outlet of the CO conversion stripping tower,which exchanges heat with desalinated water for cooling,The heat exchanger often leaks and other problems during operation.This article analyzes the corrosion mechanism of various components in the exhaust gas of the stripping tower on the material of heat transfer tubes,and proposes corresponding treatment measure based on their characteristics.
