摘 要:本研究旨在分析二氧化碳压缩机防喘振阀频繁打开的原因,并提出有效的处理措施以确保系统稳定运行。通过对压缩机操作参数、工艺流程以及控制系统的详细检查和数据分析,指出注汽管线中带水是导致防喘振阀打开的主要原因。提出了一系列针对性的处理措施,包括调整注汽调节阀门开度、优化冷凝液回收系统、疏通疏水器等。实施这些措施后,防喘振阀的异常打开问题得到了有效解决,提高了二氧化碳压缩机的运行稳定性。The purpose of this study is to analyse the causes for the frequent opening of the anti-surge valve of the carbon dioxide compressor and to propose effective treatment measures to ensure stable operation of the system.Through detailed inspection and data analysis of the compressor operating parameters,process flow and control system,it is pointed out that water in the steam injection line is the main cause for the opening of the anti-surge valve.Series of targeted measures were proposed,including adjusting the opening of the steam injection valve,optimizing the condensate recovery system and unblocking the water trap.After the implementation of these measures,the problem of abnormal opening of the anti-surge valve was effectively solved and the operational stability of the CO_(2)compressor was improved.
