摘　　要：好房子建设是住房和城乡建设部重点工作之一,建筑水系统(给水、热水、排水)与房屋使用者关系最为密切,是好房子的重要组成部分。建筑给水系统应提供优质的饮用水,建立优质饮用水的水质安全保障体系。建筑热水系统采取洗浴废水废热利用的节能低碳技术,降低生活热水的使用成本。建筑排水系统应安全排出污废水并不对室内环境产生负面影响,采用高安全性的排水系统。好房子中的建筑水系统还要符合国家战略发展需求,在设计理念、技术、产品上开展创新性的工作。The construction of a desirable house is one of the key tasks of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,and the building water system(water supply,hot water,drainage)is most closely related to the housing users and is an important part of a desirable house.The building water supply system should provide high-quality drinking water,and establish a water quality safety guarantee system for high-quality drinking water.The building hot water system adopts energy-saving and low-carbon technology for the utilization of waste heat from bathing wastewater to reduce the cost of domestic hot water.The building drainage system should safely remove sewage and wastewater and not have a negative impact on the indoor environment,and adopt a high-safety drainage system.The building water system in a good house should also meet the needs of national strategic development,and carry out innovative work in design concepts,technologies and products.
