摘  要:在国家碳中和发展背景下,针对污水处理行业能耗特点,从设备机理和工艺需求出发,分析研究污水处理厂重点设备的节能指标、评价标准和节能途径。以北京市中心城区大型污水处理厂的提升泵和曝气风机为例,聚焦全流程处理单元的系统效率分析,探讨污水处理行业重点设备耗能客观评估方法和节能策略。Under the background of national carbon neutrality development,according to the energy consumption characteristics of wastewater treatment industry,starting from the equipment mechanism and process requirements,the energy saving indexes,evaluation criteria and energy saving ways of key equipment in the wastewater treatment plant are analyzed and studied.Taking the lifting pump and centrifugal blower of large-scale wastewater treatment plants in Beijing urban area for example,this paper focuses on the system efficiency analysis of the whole process unit,and discusses the objective evaluation method and energy saving strategy of key equipment energy consumption in wastewater treatment industry.
