摘  要:本研究采用短文听写和回溯性访谈,考察了二语词素意识水平和类型(屈折、派生和复合)对英语初学者听力理解的影响。结果发现,二语词素意识水平与听力理解存在显著正相关,词素意识水平高的学习者,其听力理解明显优于词素意识水平低的学习者,这是因为前者能更好地推断生词词义和识别音形不匹配的词素。就词素意识类型而言,屈折意识对初学者听力理解的贡献率最大,派生和复合意识分列其后。本文从词素知识储备、词汇记忆方式以及母语迁移影响等方面讨论了研究结果,并针对基础阶段英语词素和听力教学提出两点启示。This study examines the impact of L2 morphological awareness(MA)on listening comprehension by Chinese EFL beginner learners via dictation tasks and retrospective interviews,with a focus on the effects of MA level and type(inflectional,derivational and compound).A significant positive correlation is revealed between L2 MA and listening comprehension,with learners of a higher MA level demonstrating significantly better listening comprehension because they were more capable of inferring the meaning of unknown words and identifying the morphemes that do not match between pronunciation and spelling.In terms of MA type,inflectional awareness is found to contribute most to predicting subjectslistening comprehension,with derivational awareness and compound awareness ranking the second and third respectively.These results are discussed in terms of morphological knowledge accumulation,vocabulary memorization strategies and L1 transfer,with implications offered for morpheme and listening teaching at the basic stage of English education.
