文旅融合视角下景区图书馆使用意愿影响因素研究

摘　　要：探究景区图书馆游客使用意愿的影响因素,对于深化景区图书馆文旅融合服务,提高用户的满意度有着重要的意义。基于ABC态度理论、耦合理论、感知价值理论等,采用PLS-SEM方法,探究景区图书馆使用意愿的影响因素。结果表明:景区图书馆旅游服务素质匹配度、环境融合度、便利价值、资源文化契合度、功能价值感知显著正向影响游客对于图书馆的期望确认度;旅游服务素质匹配度、环境融合度、资源文化契合度、功能价值、社交价值显著正向影响游客对于景区图书馆的心流体验;游客对于景区图书馆的期望确认度及心流体验对景区图书馆使用意愿产生显著的正向影响。最后提出全方位加强景区图书馆的文化与旅游元素的深度融合,重点关注关键融合要素,注重用户的情感反馈等发展策略。Exploring the influencing factors of tourist's willingness to use libraries in scenic area is of great significance for deepening the integration of culture and tourism services in scenic area libraries and improving users'satisfaction.Based on ABC attitude theory,coupling theory,and perceived value theory,PLS-SEM method is used to explore the influencing factors of the willingness to use scenic library.The results show that the matching degree of tourism service quality,environmental integration degree,convenience value,resource and cultural fit degree,and functional value perception of scenic area libraries have a significant positive impact on the recognition of tourists'expectations of the library,the matching degree of tourism service quality,environmental integration degree,resource and cultural compatibility degree,functional value,and social value have a significant positive impact on the flow experience of tourists towards scenic area libraries,and the confirmation of tourist expectations and flow experience towards scenic libraries have a significant positive impact on their willingness to use them.Finally,it is proposed to comprehensively strengthen the deep integration of culture and tourism elements in scenic area libraries,focusing on key integration elements,and emphasizing development strategies such as user emotional feedback.
